I have encountered before this problem you describe of being laid low for a day or so following a flu jab despite not having had any problems previously . There is usually no obvious reason for this but it may as you suggest be caused by an interaction with the Warfarin you are taking(see the article by P F D’Arcy ‘Vaccine - drug interactions’ that can be downloaded from the internet). You should discuss with your doctor whether it is advisable to have the flu jab next year.
